As a reminder, we require payment for initial evaluation at time of booking.

Evaluation cost is non-refundable.

We do not require payment to book follow up appointments

Packages are non-refundable. Packages expire 1 year from date of purchase.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
• Cancellations or reschedule requests made 36 or more hours before your appointment may be made at no charge.
• Appointments canceled with less than 36 hours notice will incur a $100 late cancellation fee.
• Same-day cancellations will be charged the full cost of the scheduled session.
• No-show appointments will automatically be charged the full cost of the scheduled session.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you experience a true emergency or illness that prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible.
In qualifying circumstances, we will gladly apply a credit toward the cost of your next visit.
